The Fisherman

The fisherman sits patient at the dock,
his hook thrown in at the seaside rock,
he waits and waits for the line to bite,
and he waits a bit more but that’s alright!
For he solemnly stares in his makeshift seat
and won’t give up till he has a bite to eat
Coal

Coal times two
Just me and you
Scared to fight
Soon be bright
Nights Close

Her voice rings clear with truths severe
Upon the crown with thorns of brown
To proudly drown in thoughts of fear
For I still bring forth her frown ‘n tear
As words find blurbs of saddened thought
Distraught by conflicts I have sought
Reading

She sits in her chair
Bare foot, twirling hair.
She thinks on her book
And I steal a look.
She laughs at a joke
And my heart is broke,
As I love her deep
From morning to sleep.
Platonic

“She is just a friend,
We laugh and joke and hang out;”
I hope she fucks me
